Taking steps for Charlie steps.

5K for Charlie cooper!! Here is the big man himself! He is so sweet and precious I was so touched by how many people came to support this little boy. Charlie holds a special place in all of our hearts and we love him dearly. We doubled the size of this race and think there was like 300 people there for him. We all wore matching gray shirts for Charlie. It was a lot of fun and I thank my Mom for this idea she had for all of us to run in the 5K.
Jer and I right before the race. I could believe how many people where there with the gray shirts on it was awesome!
This is the mass that was there for Charlie! He sure has a lot of support.

Adam, Jer, Jess, and I lined up to run to bad Adam and Jeremy left us in the dust.
Everyone from our family was there supporting Angel, Rob, Britty, Charlie. MyKelle and Izzy held hands and ran the whole way! I'm so glad these two cute little girls are such good friends.
Even my cute Papa was there! Good for you Papa, we love you!
At the end of the race Shani gave me 25 raffle tickets to see if she would win anything because she had to go to work. It turns out that her tickets won like 7 or 8 prizes! I had a lot of fun and I couldn't believe I ran almost all 3 miles! Maybe next year I won't take my walk break and just run the whole way! Good job to everyone who participated and we thank you for coming out. I hope we can all return next year and show our support for many others who need our support. This was just my view from the race, if you want to know more about it go to Charlie's website at charliecooperjackjack.blogspot.com.

Scrapbook expo

The Scrapbook Expo!!
I had so much fun last weekend at the scrapbook expo. I went with my sister-in-laws Miranda and Jessica, Jessica's friend Samantha, and my cousins Jen and Sheri! We got there at 7 am and waited in line for two hours to get into the doors to spend lots of money. We ate bagels and played games while we waited.

When we got in the doors we started running through the booths to find who had the best deals. We found some great deals, Jen even found a cricket for $99 dollars! She was really excited and so was I because now I can use it. We found great deals everywhere and came home with lots of stuff. It was a fun day for us girls to just have fun and laugh at our selves. Jessica and Samantha had to leave early because they spent way too much money and had to get out before they got sucked into any other deals. I must say they did get a really cool tool and I'm excited to use that as well. While we were there I entered my name to compete in the ice cream eating contest I got chosen and this is what I looked like after the contest.

I did not win the contest because some other lady cheated all the girls can verify that this is true. I loved the scrap booking expo and I can't wait until we go again in the fall.
