Who are you? Who are you? Just like that!

These past couple of weeks I have been in kinda a funk! I have felt not so good about myself. I feel like all I do is cook, clean, calm an upset child, and repeat. Doing this all day everyday makes me feel like I don't accomplish anything. The house is still messy, Cambree still cries, and my fridge is always empty. I have also felt sad because I miss all my old friends living so far away from Bountiful makes it hard to keep in touch with all of them. I miss living close to my family and now I have to plan to go visit them and basically make a day out of going up to Bountiful.

I really needed something that made me realize that people do like me and appreciate what I do. (does that sound selfish?)

First of all the fact that this person is healthy and has made it 5 months makes me feel like a good Mom.

Then last Friday when I got home from work I found this on my doorstep!

A nice note that says, "Dearest Kelli (without an e) Happy Friday! We love you. Thank you for being you!" With a cute necklace and matching earrings! How did these people know how much I needed this note? This is seriously so nice of someone to do for me! It also reminds that if I see someone in a funk around me I can do something so simply like this and make them feel better. This seriously made me cry! So hear I sit with a dopey look on my face saying "who are you? Who are you? Just like that!" Thank you to whoever did this!
If that wasn't enough I also found this on my doorstep this week.
It's from the Relief Society Presidency. What a sweet note from them! This was also a great pick me up!

Then yesterday at work I got these beautiful flowers delivered to me from my sweet hubby! Then when I got home he had the house cleaned and dinner ready!
I'm so blessed that Jeremy is my husband! He is so good to me and tells me all the time how much he appreciates me and what a great Mom I am to Cambree!

This post might sound selfish, but I needed to document the last week so when I get into another funk I can have something to remind myself that I am appreciated. Thanks to my Angels this week who helped me remember who I really am!

Whitney reservoir

The first weekend in August we went camping with Jeremy's Dad and brothers to Whitney reservoir. We went fishing, ate like champs, got rained on, nick taught me how to juggle, and we all tired out our sling shot skills!

I was so worried about Cambree staying warm in the night so I dressed her up in 3 warm pajamas and put a burp rag and hat on her head to help keen in the warmth! She looks silly, but she didn't wake up once in the night.
Cambree's boy cousins she do love her! I love seeing them want to hold her and act to gentle with her. They are going to protect Cambree all through her life. 6 older guy cousins, I wouldn't want to be the guy that makes her cry!

Poor reservoir fish we caught a lot of them! Fishing makes me sad, but it's exciting to reel them in. . sad face.

Thanks for the fun camping trip, but really next time can we just stay in a Marriott?

Tu-Tu CUTE

4 month stats

Cambree is now 4 months old!!!

She can roll from her belly to her back, well it's more like she falls over. She talks non-stop (wonder who she got that from), plays with her toys, grabs anything and puts it directly into her mouth. She loves her jump-a-rook, excer saucer, and binky. She is a BIG fan of her Dad and smiles every time he gets home from work. Cambree is full of energy and we love having her in our family. She is growing great and taking her biotin AND keeping it down.

Did I mention she LOVES her dad?

I wanted to play around with my camera so I took some cute pictures of Cambree too and actually got her smiling! She is stinkin' cute!

At 3 months Cambree is still sleeping through the night. Sucks her hands non stop. Eats 4-5 ounces every 3 hours. She is still in 0-3 month clothes and is in size 1 diapers! She Has lots of cute boyfriends, and nice girlfriends. She loves to be outside and look at the all the trees and to hear the birds. She gets really mad when she spits out her plug. She loves all her cousins and they love her too. She is such a morning baby and will smile all morning long. She holds her feet and grabs at toys. She LOVES to sit in her jump-a-roo and her excersaucer! I love to listen to her laugh and talk all day! Thanks for being such an awesome baby, we LOVE you so much! Always and forever!

Bear Lake 2010

BEAR LAKE 2010

This year we had a Bear Lake Family Reunion, we got shirts and everything!

We had so much fun up at Bear Lake and I hope my family continues to go there once a year. I think that there were around 80 of us. Not all at once, but that came up sometime during the week. Thanks to all the families that came, you made it a BLAST!

After all these years of Rod throwing everybody in the water the big boys decided to seek revenge on there uncle Rod. Travis, Jared, and Kameron caught Rod and threw him in the water.
