30? Seriously?

Happy Birthday to Adam (Yesterday)! Sorry I didn't post one yesterday, but I was out shopping!
I can't believe that you are 30 years old that means that I am almost 23! scary! Adam, I wanted to take some time and tell you that you are so special to me and I'm so glad that you are my older brother. I love you to death and I think that you are one of the coolest people I know. Ever since we were little I've wanted to be exactly like you and well I think I've learned how to be like you. 1. Stand up for yourself, even if that means getting into a fight at Disneyland. 2. Act the way you want to if people can't accept you for who you are then they are not your friends any way. 3. Let yourself be seen and heard. I have learned so much from you. You showed me that it's okay to be crazy because people laugh at you and then they will think you are funny. I learned how to fake sick so I could go to Gammy's and drink Coke. You taught me how to care and help others, make the perfect Ice Cream scoop, play a lot of video games, and how to be the center of attention.
I love your fun personality and I just love being around you. I loved when you took me to events that you hated; front row tickets to the N'SYNC concert (I'm still mad the Justin waved at you and not me) and Utah Gymnastics season tickets that you got me for Christmas. I'm so happy that you came to every single one of my plays/musicals that I was in and even helped backstage at the Dinner theater's. I'm sure you can still do the whole play of Quilters (if anyone has not seen this please ask Adam to act out that play because it's just about the funniest thing ever!), I'm sure you still know every line in "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown", and I bet you still know the dance "Uncle Tom's Cabin" from the 2 years I was in "The King and I".
I have so many great memories of you and I. I wish I could write them all down, but that would just take way to long. They would include, wrestling with Dad, sports, Oregon, cruises, making forts, beating me up, and Christmas eve. I love how you would invent games when you were babysitting us, even if I did end up getting stitches in my head. You are so smart and talented and I can't believe that you just built and arcade thing from scratch! you are truly amazing and I look forward to more memories that we will share in the future.

Thanks for protecting me all of these years form Travis, Katie, Mom, boys, and anyone who I started a fight with that you had to step in and end. I also was glad to have my friends come over and meet you because everyone thought that you were the coolest and it made me cool. Coming home from school I loved to see your Yellow truck in the drive way because then I knew I had entertainment waiting for me. I'm glad I still get to see you all the time and that we can still have a lot of fun together.

I love you Adam and I hope that you had the best day ever! Happy Birthday!
